COVID-19 Updates

 

On 20th May, the NSW Government announced that NSW residents will be able to holiday anywhere in NSW from Monday, 1st June. This is great news and we look forward to welcoming our guests back from this date!

 

We offer a large range of private accommodation options, surrounded by beautiful beaches, the Evans River, and Bundjalung National Park. In an easy drive to location, our accommodation and beautiful town offer an ideal, safe space for you and your loved ones to relax and unwind.

 

Cancellations
 

For bookings made prior to 29th May 2020, we are operating under our normal cancellation terms and conditions. You can find this information here.

 

To give you peace of mind, we have implemented a new cancellation policy for all new LOW SEASON bookings taken from 29th May with arrival due in 2020. The terms of the new cancellation policy are;

  • A $200 deposit + a $35 booking fee is due to be paid within 7 days of booking
  • We will allow you to notify us within 30 days of making the booking, or before the final payment due date, whichever is earlier, should you wish to cancel and you will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit.
  • The cancellation policy applies to LOW SEASON bookings only and travel must be between 1st June 2020 & 12th December 2020.
  • All bookings under this policy are short term bookings with a duration of 28 days or less.

Should you be affected by state government restrictions preventing you from travelling to our accommodation, we will provide you with a full refund.
 

Interstate Travel

 

Travellers from interstate will be able to visit NSW for a holiday from 1st June. You will however, need to comply with the rules of your home state when returning. Please ensure you investigate these rules prior to travelling.
 

Health & Safety
 

The safety of our valued guests, staff and local community remains our priority. To protect and ensure your wellbeing, we have:
 

  • Increased cleaning and hygiene practices in our properties
  • Implemented additional measures to ensure social distancing and hygiene practices are adhered to in our office
     

To comply with current COVID-19 restrictions, we ask that you do not arrive to your accommodation if;
 

  • You have travelled to a hotspot within the past two weeks
  • You or any other guest are unwell
  • You are required to self-isolate for reasons listed on nsw.gov.au
     

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the cancellation of your accommodation.
