and as such we can no longer accept deposits for accommodation or security bonds by cash.

Please read below for accepted payment methods.

Online Bookings and Payments

This site allows you to search for, locate and book holiday accommodation to suit your needs. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. When making a booking at www.evansheadholidayaccommodation.com.au you may pay by credit card. To make a follow-up payment on your booking use the Make a Booking Payment button below. When making a booking you will be asked to accept our Terms, Conditions and Cancellation/Refund Policy. For your security this site uses best practices with regards to online payments:

  • When an online booking payment is made the guest will receive a confirmation email
  • We guarantee that www.evansheadholidayaccommodation.com.au does not handle or store credit card details
  • YesBookit passes the credit card details to the payment gateway for processing
  • All credit card details are sent using up to 1024 bit SSL v3 encryption
  • YesBookit does not store credit card numbers or card expiration dates

Follow-up Booking Payments

You must already have made the booking or had Evans Head First National make one on your behalf. You will need the YesBookit booking reference ID and the exact email address used when making the booking.
The YesBookit booking reference ID looks like this YBI-1-123-1234.

ONLINE PAYMENT:
To pay securely online at anytime proceed to Online Payment
Booking Reference: Each booking will have a unique YBI number. Please refer to email correspondence for your unqiue Booking ID. Only use this booking ID as your reference otherwise your payment may be allocated to the incorrect booking.

 

DIRECT DEPOSIT
To make your payment via direct credit call our office for Trust Account details. Due to security reasons our Agency will only provide these details verbally. 

Booking Reference: Each booking will have a unique YBI number. Please refer to email correspondence for your unqiue Booking ID. Only use this booking ID as your reference otherwise your payment may be allocated to the incorrect booking.


CREDIT CARD
Visa and Mastercard accepted (1.5% surcharge applies). AMEX and Diner's cards are not accepted.

Note: Contact office 02 6682 6226 to check if your payment has been received as if time frame exceeds 48 hours your booking will be cancelled. Our Agency will not be held responsible if we are not notified of a payment being made and your booking is cancelled. Refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* If you would like to book to arrive the same day please note online bookings cannot be made past 11am on the same day. Please call our office to complete your booking, 02 6682 6226.

* If you are booking online on Friday or Saturday evenings please ensure you call our office the following morning to confirm your booking. Please note our office is open from 8:30am - 1pm on Saturday and from 9am - Midday on Sunday.
